"For the price this place is good. The a/c was cold but loud. The building needs updating but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It was easy enough to drive to but it isn’t anywhere near to downtown. The hotel feels safe. "

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"Staff was pretty responsive and nice. This was the only thing, one the elevators was broke. With that, getting up and down took a long time. Overall though, a pretty good property."

"Shower was not cleaned when I arrived. As well as the tv nor the room phone were working. Instead of putting me in a different room, a work order for maintenance was put in and maintenance showed up late around 10pm when I was already in bed. I originally booked my trim for a week stay and paid over $600 for the week and ended up checking out on the second day and this property declined my refund for the remaining days not used as well as tried to charge me an additional $120 early check out fee. I have never had a bad experience with Marriott hotels except this specific location and will be sure to never return there again for another stay."
