"Front desk good, Many people hanging out by front door smoking, Seems like they have weekly rentals hanging out by front desk area, dogs barking, Rooms in poor condition and in need of maintenance, paint, draperies. Floor is weak in areas. I have worked in this industry for 15 years. You can’t fix without money."
