"The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. There are no elevators here so the stairs were the only way up. I was on the 3rd floor but I liked the exercise. The gym was small but it had good equipment to get your training done for the day. Its in a very good location close to restaurants and stores. The price was great for this location and booking was excellent 👌"

"Pool was closed for maintenance but was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was decent, just not refilled promptly so by the time we went to eat at 7:30am, there was only 1 sausage left. Other than that, place was clean."

If you want something cheap this place is ok and just barely ok. Amenities were vending right outside my room and we had a service dog. Every time someone used vending it bothered him and us. "Room was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in rooms were also so thin you could hear others just normally walking, breakfast was subpar at best."

"The absolute best staff ever. Jennifer is a rockstar! Every single person in staff that was working during our stay greeted us daily, professionally and treated us like family. The hotel is always spotless clean, great breakfast and just a greta overall experience. This is what we should to stay at this hotel every time we visit Pensacola."

"We arrived late due to weather and there was no one at the desk to help us. We waited, tried calling on their phone, looked all over. Another vehicle had someone sleeping in it because they couldn't get anyone, either. Basically, the front desk was not manned and check-out was not available. We found a number for assistance for the owner of the hotel and he wasn't able to help - just gave us the number to the front desk which was vacant. We had to book another hotel and pay a late booking fee....

"Booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, rooms were found to be in very rough shape. Dingy and very run down. Worn out walls, floors and surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid that the bedbugs & roaches would disturb our sleep, so we immediately requested a refund and went to a nicer and cheaper Holiday Inn. This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children. Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!"

"The room is spacious and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner is annoying as it runs non-stop regardless of settings; but honestly very minor inconvenience."

"I had to go to the store for toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The phone was completely broken so I couldn’t call the front desk. The remote was also missing so i couldn’t use the tv- but it wouldn’t turn on either so the remote wouldn’t have worked either. I also had people knocking on my door throughout the night so I felt very uncomfortable. I called from my cell phone and no one answered at the front desk."
