"Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, checked out early and while I was there I requested refund for last night twice at front desk. Hotel said contact Expedia, Expedia said contact hotel. Hotel not answering phone or responding to messages. Unhappy with customer service and will find new place to stay. "

There is no elevator, which is not a huge deal for me… but if you have issues with stairs, buckle up because cause there is no access to any rooms from the lobby without stairs or a maze of a handicap ramp. The lower floor smelled like weed, which is probably not the fault of the property, but…"
