"We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again."

"I booked here for my partners birthday, booking in for the 5 course chefs tasting menu as a nice birthday meal, looked at the photos online and it looked great. Well, sorry to say but this wasn't the case. Wooden tables, no table cloths, cutlery and glasses all different and dirty . And the fruit flies covered the restaurant. I had let them know of a peanut allergy a week before yet they only then changed the dish as we were sat down to some made up rubbery mushroom. The menu online was nothing...

"Waurn Ponds Estate is a unique experience as it is a conference centre taking week end guests. We were attending a party in close proximity a $12 uber ride away. The amenities rooms & breakfast are second to none."

"The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne."

"Perfect for our 1 night stay. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was only anout 85 degrees F though. Room only had 2 towels for pool and bathing. Appears they are fixing up place though."

"We had rented the cottage and loved it for privacy and convenient parking. It made handling the bags easy. There wasn’t a restaurant or any food included, but the recommended nearby restaurants turned out to be a delightful experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Just make sure to arrive before 5:30 PM as we were left with the understanding that staff were gone after that time. "
