"Close proximity to national Park. On site breakfast, very very basic. Rooms were equally basic, not danger or dirty, but very small, limited counter/dresser/desk/table space. Beds were very soft, uncomfortably so. Pillows were like marshmallows, equally uncomfortable. Feels like a few updates could be beneficial to the property. Surrounding properties looked a little bit better. Properties and tropic were 13 minutes away and cute."

"The staff was very rude and unfriendly and even made remarks "aayyyyiiiyyyiii" in a very rude and unpleasant tone when exchanging towels (one time) for 3 new ones. During our stay they made it sound pet friendly, and we had a newly added puppy to our family. They switched our room the second night for pet friendly but never cleaned our rooms once, or asked if we needed anything during our stay. The two times we asked for something, being a blanket, and fresh towels. It was returned with displeased facial gestures and rude side comments muttered under their breathe. They also lied about doing the laundry, they charged us for towels and pillows that had a light pink color and it washes out of all of our belongings as well as my daughters PERSONAL PILLOW that is white. We wouldnt pay for the "damages" to the towels that were so thin and wore they almost had distressed ripping. Might be popular for jeans now days but its pretty crappy to have a towel that cant dry you one time because the thread count has been so barren from repeated washes. The vaccum cord also had frayed material after using it to vaccum our room, when winding up the cord it cut my thumb. "
