"On arrival I was told I had to pay an additional $15 per day because the hotel claimed they were a resort. RESORT? They were a hotel with a small pool outside. No different than any other hotel in that vicinity. It was explained to me that everybody that stays has to pay for the amenity for the upkeep of the pool. The front desk personal advised me of the incidental deposit and quickly told me about the resort (?) fees. Expedia usually tell you your price with taxes and fees included...

"We had 8 people. We got the suite which had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. I loved that there was a divider walk so some could sleep and I was able to do homework while on vacation. Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable and the staff gave us whatever we needed. They only give 1 blanket and it's thin for couch but other than that no complaints. Definitely will stay again. Price was great as well for the week."

"Super friendly staff, reasonably clean room. Rooms are serviced weekly. If you want more than two towels or washcloths you will need to head to the front counter. Mirrors and carpets could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall a good rooms great location, easy to access everything. Upon arrival police were on premise investigating some “crime”, it wasn’t a great welcome."

Creo que antes de entregar la habitación deberían asegurarse de que esté limpia completamente y que no tenga malos olores desagradables. No voy a decir que estuvo mal del todo, el personal me trató bien, pero solo ese detalle para que puedan mejorarlo"

"The room I was suppose to stay in was dirty so they moved me to another room and the jetted tub did not work and the fridge was froze up so I had to settle for the first room and the jetted tub worked but the shower didn’t work so definitely was a bad stay and not worth the money I spent"

"The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price. And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!"

"While the staff were as helpful as possible, the condition of the property is horrible. Musty mildewy smells in the rooms. We looked at 4 rooms before finding “the best of the bad”. The AC was set at 62 in the rooms to try to cover the mildew smell. The first room had a leaky toilet…not from the tank but from the bowl that had a massive crack that they tried to patch with caulk. It ran off and on all night. Second and third rooms smelled just as bad. Fourth room was tolerable but missing light...
