"The room was clean and comfortable. The lights in the room were dim so any woman putting on makeup would be frustrated. The lifts were very slow and only one lift operating to the basement car park. After hours the basement carpark lift was not operational."

"A very large one bedroom apartment with a fabulous view and the Hotel Manager was very accomodating when we asked to move apartments as it was so noisy. Unfortunately, the quieter apartment during the day doesn’t stop the horrific noise at night. Constant screaming, sirens, cars racing, doors slamming ..."
