A three star hotel at 5 star prices. Basic bedrooms with uncomfortable beds. I contacted the front desk about this especially because my bed kept moving and my pillows were falling between the gaps. No alternative provided. Also, I kept going down to reception for basics — water, bathrobe, slippers ...
