"Arrived late night for 2-night stay. Check-in was a breeze. What we loved: Close to downtown Fernie and nice walking trail near a river, so great as base camp for our explorations. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was carb heavy so we did not indulge. Pool was closed for renovations and we did not use the hot tub. Staff we encountered were polite and friendly. "

"Property undergoing balcony renovations (will be good when complete) so parking was a little disjointed. Bathtub needs work. "

"I had booked 2 rooms for 5 days. No bedding was changed or towels in the 5 days being there. My shower did not work and toilet wouldn't flush. My fridge was so dirty I couldn't put any food in it. On top of that they did not remove my garbage. There was no cable which is ok but there was suppose to be internet which only worked for one night. It was suppose to be smoke free building when all you can smell was cigarettes and weed. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Room was comfortable and amenities were good Nice bar and restaurant large windows to see views of mountains and river. Only downside is the proximity to the main Hwy 3 close for accessibility but a little noisy. All in all pretty good place to stay."

"Really appreciated how truly pet friendly this hotel is. Not only this, but the amenities were excellent - e-bikes available at no added cost, hot tub, sauna, and small (unfenced) dog area. Appreciated the friendliness of staff and the coffee available 24hrs in the lobby!"
