"The B & B looked newly renovated, was elegantly decorated, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Most important was the warm greeting by the owners, a lovely couple who went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met from buying a voltage converter I needed, to preparing breakfast early in the morning of our departure, to driving us to the airport early that morning. They treated us like visiting family and we were very grateful....

"It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful."

"The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway."

The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. "Sehr nettes, zukommendes Personal bei italienischen Frühstück mit Verbesserungspotenzial trotzdem sehr bemüht. Direkt am Ausgang links ist aber eine super charmante Bar für die Einheimischen wo man auch alles kriegt. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Besichtigungen fußläufig. Fühlten uns auch immer sehr sicher. Würden wenn wir wieder nach Catania gehen, dort wieder übernachten"

"Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. People meet around the dining table and discuss. (You can stay in your room as well if you wish). In any case, we enjoyed very much that communal spirit. Highly recommend."
