"The Water Country House was the perfect retreat. We were only there for one night, but the hosts and lodgings were wonderful. The hotel is exquisitely sited into the hillside, taking full advantage of the views and the natural surroundings. We have already recommended it to friends traveling to the area next year. There isn't concierge service, but if you do get to meet a staff member, they are lovely. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. It's not central, which I found to be a plus as it can get very noisy downtown. It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the city-center. "
