"Stayed here many times, always enjoyable. However on check in I was surprised we could not check in until 3:00! That was the posted time but all I wanted was to check in then leave my bags until 3:00. I was told no exceptions in what I considered a very abrupt and rude way. I have done that at hotels around the world, but not here. With two grandkids hoping to get to the pool they were very disappointed. Then at 3:00 we arrived back at the hotel and went to the back of a long line because nobody could check in before 3:00. Thinking of the customer. I think not!! Once checked in, every thing was very good."

"We booked a King size suite in July 2026. The room was large and clean. The king size bed was the best bed we've ever slept on in any hotel, ever. The place may seem a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable and we would stay there again."

"We only stayed one night, but would highly recommend. Every staff person we encountered was very personable and helpful. We were a bit stressed about our late arrival, but they were very accommodating and provided us with the check-in flexibility we needed. Our room was clean and cool, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Absolutely no issues. We will definitely stay there again."
