  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Satisfactory hotel

Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge.

Klidná lokalita blízko Labské přehrady

Hotel se nachází v klidném místě na periferii Špindlerova mlýna. Na to, že jsem měla pokoj Superior, byl dost malý a stísněný (i koupelna). Jinak to bylo fajn.

Noc v Clarionu

+ Hotel vypadá dobře z venku i uvnitř. Pokoj čistý, postel velmi pohodlná, personál všude příjemný. Snídaně opravdu velký výběr a rychlé doplňování. Je v umístěn v pěkném místě u Labské přehrady, podél které lze dojít do centra Špindlerova Mlýnu. - Špinavá a mokrá podlaha v šatnách bazénu. Bazén malý na tak velký hotel. Wi-Fi na pokoji nefunkční.

Nice stay, but it can be improved

Very kind service from ladies at reception desk. Standard breakfast. Not good wifi in our room. Suggestion is also to arrange some kind of regular transportation to downtown.

The stay was adequate. Location is a bit far out. "Mountain view" room does not advertise a strongly lit parking lot in between you and the mountain, which made it impossible to enjoy. Service was good, but very regulated, felt like your standard corporate hotel. Also, the pool is too small for a hotel that size. Would not recommend, there are better places to stay in the area with much nicer views.

Po priplatku za vyssi standard pokoje s vyhledem na hory nam byl pridelen pokoj s vyhledem na rozpadajici se parkoviste a ventilace z kuchyne, ale pravda nejake kopce v pozadi byly. Pokojova sluzba prvni den neprisla vubec, dalsi dny jen probehlo doplneni veci, nikoliv uklid. Prijemne bylo detske hriste, kt je pravdepodobne nove a velmi povedene. Hotel je uvadeny jako 4hv, nicmene po zkusenostech z jinych hotelu uroven sluzeb tomuto standardu neodpovida a celkove z vybaveni je patrne, ze hotel kdysi 4hv opravdu byval, ale zub casu nechal sve stopy a dnes bych mu toto hodnoceni urcite nedala.

Fantastisk hotel - vi er meget glade for det skiområde. Nemt at leje udstyres det er i kælderen. Søde mennesker. De snakker ikke særligt godt engelsk så det kan forstyrre kommunikationen lidt:) Lidt tysk og kropssprog kommer man langt med.

Preis und Leistung stehen leider in keinem Verhältnis. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend mal ein Update. An vielen Ecken im Hotel und im Zimmer wären dringend Reparaturarbeiten notwendig. Eine defekte Dusche, defekte Fahrstühle, praktisch nicht nutzbares Internet, Ausfall des TVs, defekte Skidepotschränke usw. sind nur der Anfang. Das angeblich "große Frühstücksbuffet" ist sehr einseitig und auch nur "groß", wenn man gleich am Anfang (8:00 Uhr) da ist. Ab 9 Uhr ist die Auswahl deutlich eingeschränkt. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum ist mit grellem Licht, billigen Plastikblumen und zum Teil großen Tischen auch eher mit einer Mensa vergleichbar. Der Sauna- und Poolbereich ist in den Ferien nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, da nur ganz wenige Menschen Platz haben. Für den Parkplatz werden 6 EUR pro Tag berechnet. Bei Schneefall ist dieser aber praktisch nicht zu erreichen, weil die Straße zum Hotel weder geräumt, gestreut oder gesalzen wird und völlig vereist war. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man leider nur die Aussage, dass es sich um eine öffentliche Straße handelt und man da leider nichts machen kann. Allerdings führt die Straße (Sackgasse) nur zum Hotel, so dass dieser Service auch den Gästen zugute kommen würde, die den Berg hochlaufen müssen. Von Freunden, die zeitgleich in einer anderen Unterkunft waren, wissen wir, dass es für den Preis deutlich besser geht. Fazit: Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

amazing hotel for great value

The Hotel has free parking space for guests. a lot german guests. 1minute to the ski course and there is a ski school next to the hotel. amazing snow! the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. there is another even better restaurant in 750m walking distance too. supermarket and gas station are within 2minutes by car

Für Weihnachten nicht zu empfehlen!

Dieses Hotel hat bei richtig Schnee eine Top Lage. Es liegt direkt am Lift und hat einen schönen Hang. Das Essen und Ambiente ist nicht so toll. Als Deutsche sind wir auch nicht sehr willkommen, war mein Gefühl. Verständigung überall nur Englisch.

Short stay and not for light sleeper

We stayed for 2 nights and parking was no issue. A gala Christmas Dinner was served for all guests which was a nice gesture. But take note if you are a light sleeper, you can hear everything on the corridor as well as the conversation of your neighbours. WiFi in room was almost non-existing.

Hotel sauber, Spa schwach (im Sommer), Essen Top

Zimmer für Premium-Klasse zu klein! Spa-Bereich besteht im Sommer nur aus einem Schwimmbad mit zuwenig Liegeplätzen und einem immer überfüllten Whirlpool. Sauna ist geschlossen. Alle Beschilderungen nur tschechisch daher Fitnessraum nicht gefunden. Ansonsten sehr saubere Anlage und freundliche Angestellte. Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Bar mit vielen Cocktails und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet.
