"I put State from May 14 through May 16. I requested a handicap accessible room upon my arrival. I was told that there were none and that I had to take a room upstairs but it was right there just climb the stairs. It’s right there. Well that was the second lie I went back downstairs to the front desk and let another young lady know that that room was not going to work for me so she booked me into a room on the first floor that the other young lady said they didn’t have went into that room unpacked and realized that their air conditioner wasn’t working so I’ll let the front desk know they gave me another room around the back of the hotel on the first floor the keys wouldn’t open the door had to go back around the hotel to the front desk and let them know they gave us another room. Keys did not open the door went around to the front desk again they gave us another room so finally we could open the door, the room was clean, and unlike the first unlike the second room, they put us in which smell like an old dirty ashtray. on the evening of the 15th went to our room the key would not work had to go around the hotel to the front desk. They gave us another key went to the back of the hotel. The key did not work went to the front of the hotel to the desk again and they said that someone would come and unlock the door for us. Someone be on the 15th when we left the hotel to take care of some business upon our return went to our room. The key would not work went back to the front desk t"

"I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn't stay again. The room was not clean, the towels were stained, and the fire alarm was not even attached to the wall. The "breakfast" options were visibly old waffle mix, stale bread for toast, or cereal that looked questionable, but no milk for said cereal. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of artificial orange flavor. The lady at check-out seemed annoyed that she had to get off the couch and get my cash deposit. She didn't even bother to get off her cell phone while she was getting it. Overall, there are better places to stay in the area for the same or better price. "

"Staff was accommodating, but the property could use updating. I had to change rooms. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom and the lighting switch plate on the desk lamp was bare wires. Shorted my laptop power supply. "

"The front desk staff was rude and intrusive. Treated me like I was not good enough to stay at a 70 dollar a night motel. Asked me what brings you here , like i have to explain myself or situation. The manager Specifically told the front desk lady after asking me if I had any pets to put me in room 129, which smelt so bad like dog It made my food taste bad. There were No dishes like a normal extended stay , the staff was all rude and unprofessional . Very unpleasant experience altogether!"
