"Property location perfect. It seems Property Management is big issue . Air conditioning does not work when temperature was 25 c . Fan given which making more noises so no peaceful nights. Staf in restaurants- breakfast are racist. No duty manager on Sundays. Food standards are openly ignored as vegetarian and allergies information is not clawar . Cross contamination was all kver but staff does not understand and care of customers. If no options in the city choose this hotel."

"Amazing location within the walls of the palace. The hotel is right next to several ancient sites so if your plan is to see Diocletian’s palace and be close by to the city centre then this is an excellent location. The room was good and clean and the staff were helpful. The shower layout in our room was a bit odd (you had to hold the shower head as the holder was very low and could not be raised) and the breakfast was fine but could have been better. Had a great time and enjoyed our stay."

"Great hotel, around 30 minute walk in to Split or a £5-£10 taxi ride. Amazing views, great breakfast choice, Beach area is also a great bonus. Hotel pool and spa are very good, however, be aware the outside pool was freezing in April - very early in the season - but most people were unable to stay in the water for more than a few minutes!"

"Overall I had a pretty good stay. The room was very nice and the location is PERFECT for walking to downtown Split and the main hubs. I only had issues with the AC and shower in my room. For the AC, I wasn’t really allowed to adjust it much since apparently the central unit for half of the rooms on the floor was in my room, so I couldn’t adjust without it affecting other tenants. Which was kinda weird. And the water temperature in the shower was uncomfortably erratic. I would get decent warm water for literally a few seconds before it would go lukewarm or even ice cold. This happened every single day while I was there. Told the front desk about it on my third day and they still never fixed it. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying here. Just some things to potentially keep in mind. "
