The room was in a convenient location to walk to many things. We were able to pay for them to arrange pickup at the airport which was nice. The room was pretty clean and easy to check in to. Make sure you are prepared to pay in cash though.

Luxury room by name only but excellent location
Location was great. Friendly receptionist. Average room with 2 single beds pushed together with single quits and bedding with comfy mattress. A little noisy when other guests were coming and going could be heard, but not a major issue. Could not pay by credit card - so make sure you have enough cash. Mould around bathroom window which requires cleaning asap.
5 minute walk to tours, very walkable, shopping and resturants all around hotel. Very clean and check in very pleasant. Would recommend and would stay again.
This was a fantastic property. Staff was excellent, rooms were neat and clean, property was located exactly where we needed to be. Highly recommend for your stay in Split.
This property is well situated and is true to the pictures. The room was spacious and well appointed. The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property.
The room was lovely, and being in Old Town, surrounded by lots of interesting sights and great eateries.
It is quite noisy outside and the sound carried in, but it didn't bother us too much.
The hosts were friendly, very helpful, quick to respond, and shared great information. They also went above and beyond to meet the delivery driver who brought our luggage after it missed the flight, and bring it to the room for us. We were very appreciative. Highly recommend.
Tucked away at the back of a courtyard in the centre of the Old Town, a gem of a find. A large room and luxury bathroom that does as it says and is a room, but so many options just a short walk away! History is all around and the accommodation is tastefully updated with all your need. A warm welcome with clear information and recommendations, great for a few days exploring the city, or the beaches.
Beautiful room but not in main building and 4 flights of stairs to get to apartment. Great location.

Good location
Very ideally located, newly renovated and very comfortable. However, some regular cleaning of the rooms and some basics like a second key for 2 guests is missing.
But the manager is very helpful and communicative.
Brilliant location with everything close by. However having the climb up 3 floors with luggage for a large group was sheer torture. Once u get past that the location is very convinient until the day you have to leave again.
I stayed here for one night while traveling through Croatia. Great location! Everything is very walkable from the property. Milana was extremely helpful in providing directions, food recommendations but mostly importantly booking a car to take me to the airport as I had a very early flight heading to Italy the next day. I would highly recommend staying here while you are in Split.
Thank you Ana for your amazing service. Communication with this property was always prompt. Provided pick up service from airport and guided walk to our room. So close to everything but quiet as well. Very pleased with our stay!
Cleanliness A , room is updated and spacious, water pressure is great, bed n linens are good, host was easy to reach. Didn't need to use AC but I'm sure it works fine. Location is excellent, walking distance to Riva.
Travelling on my own I found it easy and safe to come back to when I needed a break from the heat.
Location is fantastic!
Hosts were lovely and arranged an airport pick up for me.
Loved the renovated rooms and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Sometimes the light didn’t work in the entrance hallway so have your phone torch handy and sometimes there were loud people upstairs in the middle of the night. Have your ear plugs nearby.

Loud restaurant nearby. If you’re a night-owl, you will game no difficulties. If you need to sleep at 9pm-10pm, you may have noise issues.
Very helpful host!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The Appartment itself was great but it is advertised as a bed and breakfast but they do not do breakfast which we only found out once we arrived. So this is misleading. They also don’t have laundry services as stated in the property info or have secure luggage storage as stated, you can leave your bags in the lobby but anyone with access to the building then has access to your bags. The Appartment itself was very nice and clean. It is very central to everything in old town.
First, the positives: it has an unbeatable location in the old town, just steps from Diocletian’s Palace. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. They had great showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were soft yet comfortable. The attentiveness of Milana was so helpful.
The negatives may or may not be dealbreakers for you. First, the noise. Because of its location, there will be people passing right under your windows almost 24 hrs per day, and there is no soundproofing. I heard plenty of people passing by talking and laughing as late as 3 am and as early as 6 am. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on a higher floor, brings earplugs, use a white noise machine, or all three.
Second, there is no parking nearby. I don’t know why the listing says parking is available for 20€ per day. The closest lot is public paid parking. It is a 7-minute walk, and the cost is 1€ per hour in low season or 1.6€ per hour in high season.
Third, there is no accessibility for people with mobility issues. Even if you have a first-floor room, there is a small winding marble staircase to enter the building. And, as the listing indicates, no elevator inside. Be aware.
Overall, I would recommend it as long as it meets your needs.
Great location in the old city but initially not easy to find. Once we found it, we realized how centrally located it was. Loved the design of the bathroom in our unit — very cool. I highly recommend this property!
