"Just outside City of Toronto. Very convenient from the roads but not much public transport nearby. Good sized sitting room and bedroom and large shower and walk in closet. All amenities work including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Fifteen minutes walk to mall with two supermarkets and plenty of Hong Kong style Chinese and Western restaurants and a Costco. Good air conditioning a must for summer. Shower power a bit low. Very helpful staff and smiling greetings every time everywhere. Small pool...

"clean room.never got to try the breakfast.but i noticed the property wasnt as well maintained like other marriot property.specially the hallway and elevators was not really that clean.overall its a good stay,but i do suggest that this is great for family or longer stay"

"My family and I loved it, it was my kids first time in a hotel and the staff was very helpful and listened to then tell them how excited they where to be in one and answered all their questions. Very clean and easy to find everything. Daughter loved the pancake machine!"

"The room is clean and is cleaned every 2 days but you can request to clean your room if needed. Staff are courteous and knows what they are doing. However, breakfast staff slams the plates and silverwares when cleaning the breakfast area that makes it annoying for people who are still eating. Breakfast only consists of carbohydrates. Breads, porridge and cereals. It was advertised as free continental breakfast but you have to pay if you want proteins - like eggs, bacon and sausage."

"Price was good. Daniel sent secret codes well ahead of time which was helpful. Area was a nice residential part of Richmond Hill. Shower was fantastic - high tech, lots of hot water. Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. In bathroom, would have been nice to have some hand towels and face washing cloths in addition to the two small bath towels. Also, hooks would have been nice - on back of room door for...
