"This was a great place to stay. I felt safe, it was quiet, our room was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was by far the best hotel stay we've had in a while. The pool is under construction, so we weren't able to swim, but they did have access to another place to swim very close by. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in that area. "

Room service options were literally non-existent. Parking was $5 daily in Richmond Hill/Markham area, while mostly other hotels innthearea including Delta was free parking. Nobody cleans up your room until the 7th day apparently (as we inquired on the 5th day), and we had to keep asking for towels and garbage to be...
