"We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Port Gardner! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us fantastic recommendations on things to do and the best places to eat. His local knowledge and genuine friendliness made a huge difference in our trip. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help....

"Great stay the room was great, staff was friendly and helpful, but their pool was not operational which was a huge disappointment for my 10 and 12 year old. If your booking a stay and have plans to use the pool I would call ahead and check on its status."

"Very nice. But no airport shuttle or Park and Fly rates. Also, it is not walkable to the airport. You can drive and park in airport lot in about 6 minutes. Everything was great. Good food, nice pool and spa. Clean room and friendly staff."

"While I appreciate that the staff accommodated our request for different rooms, and I would like to thank them for their efforts, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. We had to be placed in four different rooms during our stay. The first room was absolutely very unclean. The second room had a sign on the door that triggered my anxiety. The third room had a weird, distinctive smell to it, which either smelled like cleaning product or pesticide. Our fourth room was...

"The first room we were in was terrible. The toilet clogged and overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The second room was better (marginally). It didn’t smell clean at all. The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett"

"Decent hotel about 30 minutes from Seattle. Well priced. Pretty much what I expected. The room was clean and large. Parking was free. The hotel looks a bit banged up, but the room was fine."

"Ot was ok. I guess good if your in need of a bed.... however. No shampoo low water pressure.. small room. Also weed smoke... pounding on doors..... people. . security... other room peeps.. making noise, stating who's in room... it was very weird.. kept me awake alot... had restless sleep. Bed was ok. But outside noise was very disturbing..weird area..."
