"Arrivati in struttura fuori orario per via delle code in autostrada il titolare, contattato telefonicamente, ci ha aggevolato nel check-in e ci ha attesi venendoci incontro in tutti i sensi, anche sotto la pioggia.Colazione con prodotti variegati. Prodotti freschi fatti in casa...la torta della nonna buonissima, anche le crostate. Oltre la colazione dolce era possibile consumare quella salata con salumi e affettati...ottimo."

"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. Lucretzia also helped making reservations at a delightful restaurant that evening. The room was...

"Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und idyllisch auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück – ideal zum Entspannen. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich, und wir wurden gleich mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with a fantastic view over the teatro Romano and a panorama of the hills from our lovely room. Staff are excellent, helpful and polite always. It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better."

"Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."

"Staff kept passport to make a copy and only returned on request. Building in scaffolding. Cold shower. Loud music until 1am from a party downstairs. "
