"Kamer super netjes, ontbijt ook goed, personeel vriendelijk, fietsenstalling is veel te klein onze fietsen moesten eigenlijk buiten staan. In het algemeen ruim voldoende alleen aan de achter zijde ( ons balkon ) ziet het er armoedig uit ( parkeerplaats ) en lijkt op een grote asbak."

"De kamer was zoals verwacht bij aankomst. Het was schoon en opgeruimd. Een verbeterpunt zou wel zijn dat er een raam moet komen die open kan. We hadden na het douchen last van de warmte en stoom in de kamer, daardoor was er weinig ventilatie. Een airco was wel aanwezig. Verder een prima verblijf gehad!"

The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!"

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...

"Immaculate hotel, perfect location close to metro lines to take you in to Rotterdam central. Great range of rooms, family room is very nice. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Food is very nice and very filling. Highly recommended. "
