"Awesome stay and staff!"

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

"Beds excellent. Excellent AC. Solid breakfast of eggs, sausage, cereal, orange juice. Coffee not Starbucks great. No hot tub. Quiet. "

"First room had a huge blood stain on matress. The girl at the front counter was super nice and tried her best. Had to call manager to get approval to switch rooms. Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude. "

"This hotel should be avoided!! We arrived Saturday night and asked if the advertised pool/hot tub are working. The pool was seasonal and no hot tub onsite. I'm very disappointed at this point, and begrudgingly pay for the reservation. We went to the room and the first thing in the door I notice the sink has black stuff smeared in it. My wife said, "If they can't clean that, what other things are dirty?" We made our way back to the front desk to ask for a refund. Front desk guy calls his manager...

"The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating."

"Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. There seemed to be some nail clippings on the carpet so the room could have been a little more clean. The door between the next hotel room is very thin and not sound proof. "The hotel is clean and appears well maintained. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. The breakfast options were eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, apples& oranges, biscuits and gravy, muffins, and waffles and cereal. I was very pleased with the options for breakfast! The room was clean, beds well made and bathroom spotless. We even had a fun note from the housekeeper wishing us well which was sweet touch. This will be our first option for stays in the future. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."

"Very clean, very friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy at work, excellent breakfast with tons of options & wonderful breakfast & seating area, pool & jacuzzi were all clean, comfortable bed, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at & no scuffs… not at all run down."

"I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel.
