"The room with the river view did have a very nice view of the river. We stayed there for four nights. Our room was never cleaned. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have to speak with a supervisor. But the supervisor apparently was only there on weekdays. Very disappointing. "

"I inquired if the rooms were refreshed daily unpon arrival Monday night...yet the representative failed to inform me I would need to notify them of this request until I complained following my first night my room was untouched. So frustrating! The hotel was relatively clean except for the elevators. Breakfast was adequate. Area quiet and I felt safe."

"This is a fun, special place to stay. The re-imagining of an old brewery factory building into a suite hotel makes this a unique experience. Enjoy the lobby with its beer bottle tiled checkin and copper brewing tank ceiling inlays. The suite rooms were very large compared to major brand hotels. "Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. "Stayed close to The Miller High Life Theater, easy walk and very safe. Great staff! Got a warm cookie at check in and a free drink ticket for the bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"Unbelievably disruptive neighbors with yelling, screaming, arguments and slamming doors. We thought the hotel staff was attempting to deal with the issue and did not report on top of it. It was claimed the issue was unknown. Totally ruined, sleep and stay and I tend to believe it was a resident of the condominiums. Nice location ruined by disrespectful individuals on the 5th floor. "It's a fabulous old building converted into a great place to stay. High ceilings and stylish design everywhere made it a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's in a great location as well! I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Milwaukee!!"
