"A great value hotel that is clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast and has a good location. This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Das Zittauer Gebirge ist immer ein Top Reiseziel. Allerdings wirkte unser Zimmer im Anbau sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit ist aber deswegen trotzdem sehr gut. Möbel und Auslegware sind in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut. "
