"The night staff member was excellent the morning staff member not so much. The bread had green mold…I have photos. The coffee was totally watered down. Worse of all there was a loud beeping sound outside of room 127 ALL NIGHT LONG. It was maddening. I reported it but nothing could be done. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!"

"I checked in at 2am and the concierge was smiling, positive, and helpful. I travel to lake Mary every yr. When I checked out at 10am and made it to breakfast as they were closing they still let me get my food without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, I look forward to my next stay."

"This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!"

"While it was nice to have a full kitchen and a clean and comfortable bed, the cabinets and/or the carpet had a strong smell that is in my clothes after getting back home (musty, woody?? I don’t know). The bathroom really needed updating, the shower and tub faucet leaked, there were some areas lacking grout or caulk that had turned black. It was ok considering the price. "

"There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus."

"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's...

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."
