The staff at this property truly makes it stand out among other accommodations in Zion. Everything was excellent, and they even provided good WiFi. The only suggestion I have is that they should offer an option for self-check-in after the front desk closes.

This is a pretty average hotel. There was only one small trash can for both the room and bathroom, and the towels and toiletries were quite limited. We also found a few cockroaches in the morning near the bathroom, which was concerning. Check-in at the front desk took a long time as well. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the to-go breakfast bags were a nice touch.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. However the ice machine was out of ice, the pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cliff and gave me a sore neck and the towels were very thin. I ended up using my sweatshirt for a towel.
