This was my 2nd time visiting this property. I had my executive jacuzzi suite and an additional double room for my teenagers. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and roomy. The king bed in 152 needs upgraded. it was comparable to sleeping on a steel slab. Also, both suites I've stayed in have two AC units one in the bedroom and one in the Jacuzzi space.. the Jacuzzi space AC has not been operational in either room. And the pool was out of order.
Additionally, I can say that the staff this go round was terrible and not accommodating at all. The front desk man seemed bitter and hateful when I inquired about the meal cards that came with my suite last time for the in house restaurant. "JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT THEM LAST TIME DOES NOT MEAN YOU'LL GET THEM EVERY TIME! AND YOU GOT A CONSIDERABLE DISCOUNT ON THE ROOMS SO YOU DON'T QUALIFY!" I'M unsure how $300 A NIGHT is a discount!!?? Last visit I was given the option to order in to my room or to visit the diner. I have bad knees and cannot handle a bunch of stairs and stairs lead to the diner. I requested my order be delivered to my room..I was laughed at by the waitress and the manager"yeah no we don't do that ". I had to order door dash and pay the Dasher to pickup my order and bring it to my room.
I was disappointed that I did not have the pleasure of interacting with the owner on this trip. He's kind, personable and endlessly accommodating to his guests and their requests.
