"This is our fourth time coming here. Every time we come to Serbia, we enjoy a little mini vacation and time with the kids at the waterpark. However, when we brought our concerns about the five people, including my husband in wheelchairs having no Accessibility in the outdoor pools, the manager completely blew us off. She said that we could go get a staff member to carry him up and down the few steps to get to the main pool we like to go to. They have ramps at other locations so I told her it’s completely possible to put a ramp at these steps. And she said that’s not an option. I think that is ridiculous because they have ramps everywhere else they should be able to put one to the pool and there’s a space for it."

"This is adults only hotel spa. The suite was as good as it gets. Parking was free and plentiful. This is important as you pretty much have to have a car. Stunning surroundings. If you really must have the whole nine yards, Fruške Terme Movenpack is a sister hotel which you can use. Breakfast was a great buffet. I would not eat every meal in the hotel. Luckily, there are several small local restaurants near by. Or, you may choose to use the kitchenet. I fully recommend it."

"Apart from some kids calling my phone repeatedly, until I unplugged it! And playing knock and run for about 30 mins, which was odd as I never answered the door as I could here them giggling (just kids entertaining themselves I suppose-no harm done). The hotel was great, parking right outside the front door, room right next to the lift, and even though that I never heard the lift as the room was huge!! Easy walking into town centre for shopping and a great food court on the top floor. Never sampled breakfast as I needed to leave very early. Definitely recommended for solo, couples or families. Thank you"

"The hotel had very large spacious rooms. They were however somewhat dated. There was a delicious breakfast included, just a shame that the breakfast staff are unnecessarily abrupt to guests about taking a fruit / pastry away with you."

"Walls are not sound proof, internet can get difficult to connect, and build quality is not great BUT I loved staying here. Staff is amazing, gym is amazing, rooms are super comfortable, and room service is great."
