This hotel looked pretty nice, but right away I noticed a really musty/humid smell in the lobby. I thought it might be because the door is opening and closing often and that the rest of the hotel would smell better. Unfortunately this was not true. The room smelled worse than the lobby and hallways and elevator. The room smelled like mug and mold. It was so bad that I wanted to leave the hotel because I figured all of the rooms would smell the same. I do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and Room was clean. Is a pet friendly hotel and you can smell a little bit of mix of odors with cleaners. But overall was good for the price compared with others hotels around.

The hotel and room smelled extremely horrid, especially the third floor. It was so bad that it was unbearable. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the towels were stained, and the bathtub had mold.

There was an odor on the 3rd floor that smelled misty, like a combination of wet carpet and wet dog. We had to buy air fresheners for our room. The bed was worn out. The mattress needs replaced. They seemed to have issues with keys. At check in, the clerk had issues and when we got to the room one of our keys did not work. Two times after that, when we came in at night, neither key would work so we had to go back to the desk and have them re programmed.

It was reasonably priced and wasn't to far from Saint Augustine the are was quiet. The only downside was they need a little more detailed cleaning there was build up of dirt and hair in the corners and the caulking around the tub had black mold in sone places

When you first walked in the lobby it felt sticky in the air. Which I thought could just be the humidity and it was actively raining. But as a Fl native I know the hallways and rooms shouldn’t have that damp feeling, especially on the 3rd floor where there were no windows or doors to the outside. The lobby also smelt of cleaning products. Not a welcoming subtle smell either of cleaning, it was powerful. The hallways to the rooms stunk too and the room smelt even worse! It smelt moldy and the a/c was struggling to keep up. Which is probably why it smelt so bad! Pass on the breakfast! The eggs and sausage were floating in water. I was hopeful that I would just make a waffle. The batter was so thin that my waffle didn’t form.
