"All good, especially the desk staff, but one non-functioning outlet of the only two bedside, and having to spend three minutes just trying to figure out how to turn the lights on was inconvenient—needed to cross the room to turn on the lamps, no light switch by the door—was a pain."

"I chose this establishment because it was reminiscent of McMenamins properties in Oregon. I loved the history and the ambiance of the building. If you’re expecting modern amenities in rooms, you won’t find it here. But, you will find amazing staff, character, and a prime spot in DTLA. Access to main highways was easy. The location reminded me of a similar hotel in Seattle. You will hear outside noise and traffic, but that wasn’t a deterrent for me. There is a shopping center and CVS just a few blocks up, and plenty of business to Door Dash from. If you want to stay somewhere with ambiance and excitement staff, this is the place for you."

The front desk staff were excellent and the ladies working the breakfast service were outstanding. Note: adding gluten free items to the breakfast is easy (Cheerios, GF bread for toast)."

"The Omni exceeded expectations, largely thanks to its staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and enthusiastic despite how busy the hotel was. That energy carries throughout the property. Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return."
