"The location of this hotel is great, especially being right next to the train station, which makes getting around very convenient. However, there were several major issues that really affected our stay. First, the “free parking” is quite misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the parking, but they lock the parking area from 3am to 10am. If you need to leave during those hours, you’re forced to park on the street instead. Luckily, there was free street parking nearby, but this should be clearly communicated. Second, the bathroom design is very poor. There is no door separating the toilet area, and when you take a shower, water spreads into the toilet space. It’s very inconvenient and messy. Third, there is no proper reception. You have to go through the pub/bar area to check in and ask for assistance, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of this setup, we didn’t even feel comfortable reporting that one of our room lamps was broken. Overall, while the location is good, the experience was disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Rooms were unclean. Towels were dirty blood on the toilet walls were stained. Staff not very helpful. Booked 3 rooms I aircon was nice and cool other two rooms hot and couldn’t change aircon. Close to airport is the only positive."

"The room was very small and clearly designed for someone using a walking aid or wheelchair, but it was quite possibly the most disabled-accessible hotel room I’ve ever been in and had I needed such features I’m sure I would have been thrilled. "

"Easy walk from the airport, even with 2 rollers each. Room was interesting, very efficient in the way they use the wall and hang things like chairs, clothes hangers, tables that fold. Really neat. Breakfast was quite good but very busy and the coffee maker kept needing attention. Staff was quick to fix it but with as busy as they were, it worked hard to keep up. Staff was very nice from check in to check out. Room was clean. The thermostat works on a motion sensor so after 30 minutes of no movement, it turns off. This is not good if you are out all day expecting a nice cool room when you return, that said, the staff was able to send a technician to turn the system on to constant cool, which it did quite well"

"Hotel is in an excellent location in Hurstville, I occupied the room with small private bathroom which includes just a tiny wash basin no real outside view from only window in the room and reasonably good shower. Lots of other rooms along a long corridor are not entirely sound proof, could hear other arrivals conversations at times whilst commencing my sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits bathroom soaps. Fair value for money"
