We stay at this Inn a few times per year for several years. Normally w stay in the main building but this time we paid extra for a larger room with a sofa and a balcony in the adjacent building. We found that this room wasn’t as clean as normal (found debris on the carpet when we got there, there were some spots on the towels, and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Another issue we found is that the only mirror in the larger room is in the bathroom—no additional mirror in the room itself as the other building has. It’s a very good price and generally a good stay but we will likely stay in the main building next time.
There is a beautiful historic area behind the Hotel but that is besides the point. First the room was in poor condition, the AC barley worked, fixtures in the shower were not secured to the tile leaving a gaping holes where the focit Handel's are. And the biggest disappointment was the Contanental breakfast. The only thing I had to chose from was Toast, yogert, bananas and coffee. Also another guest thought it would be ok to throw their child's dirty diapers all over the walkway outside their door. In a nutshell I have stained at nicer hotels with better breakfast for the same or lesser price.

Very cheap, however, the room they gave us first wasnt cleaned. They were nice and changed our room to a clean one.
Great little quiet hotel/inn in St. George Utah.
Right off of main drag on St. George Blvd.
Front desk ladies are always cordial, professional & helpful.
Property has small pool, and some decent parking.
Very quiet locale except for St. George Blvd, if you get a room facing St. George Blvd.
Room amenities are good due to Microwave/Fridge/Flatscreen TV/Satellite.
Beds are decent too. Free of bugs.
Pretty dumpy. I could have been OK with the rundown condition of this property at this pricepoint as I was here for work.
But the real nail in the coffin with this place was the way I was treated: Summarily checked out of my room with no notice and no explanation. I was in the middle of a workday and had to rush back to the hotel to pack my stuff and find a new place to stay during a VERY busy weekend in St. George. This, by the way, was preplanned on their part: when I arrived at the hotel their computer already showed the refund and my checkout date. This from my hotel reservation that was written in stone and not refundable/modifiable as per the hotel.
Unsatisfactory to say the least and the BBB will definitely be hearing about this. Needless to say, I'd never stay here again and if it was possible to give it lower ratings they'd definitely be getting them.
We were surprised on how big the room was. Lots of room. The beds were very comfotable. The shower had lots of hot water and great water pressure. Location was perfect for what we were there for. Front desk Abbey was very nice and helpful.

The Inn was basic but clean, it looks like an older property, but the rooms are large and have been recently renovated. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to all the downtown attractions, shops, dining, etc.
Room 224 wasn’t ready we arrived. Light switch doesn’t work. There is no buffet breakfast. Receptionist were nice and friendly but I never thought I will be double charged but they managed to let me know. Overall still a nice stay of what we paid just to sleep on.
I was a bit hesitant about booking this motel after reading some of the less than favorable reviews but it was a busy weekend and there was little available so I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. The manager and desk clerk went out of their way to accommodate a special request.
The Ritz_Carlton it was not but the room was clean and spacious and conveniently located. Breakfast wasn't extensive but I have been in more expensive places that did not provide any breakfast at all.
I was not looking for a resort just a place to sleep and shower for two nights and this worked out fine.
filthy!!!! could not get in room went to the lobby clerk came used a knife still could not get it finally after 3 try's he went back to desk !!!! brought a key got in !!! only half of electric worked in room
Location was great. Room was not clean. Floors were stained, blood drop on bathroom door, light fixtures covered in dust. A cleaning sheet was left on the bed like the staff forgot to take it or finish the room.
Staff are great and check in was a breeze, the room pretty clean, however this is by far the crappiest room we have stayed in on our three year 17 country journey, downtown Siem Reap Cambodia had better rooms. The first thing i notice as i walk in the room is the curtain hanging. The hotel sits next to a restaurant and throughout the night i hear people talking, machinery running, and equipment being cleaned, i couldn't very a good picture of them. I wake in the morning to start my day and find there is no water, it had been shut off but was back on about 10 minutes later and no one knew why. I would not stay here but go down the street and spend a few dollars more, you've been warned and we'll regret your stay. FYI I give feedback all the time and try to be positive and truthful, exactly what I've done here
Try pleasant check in, clean room. The fridge was running but not working as far as being cold inside and it had a horrible odor.

Carpet was dirty. There was someones boogers on the shower curtain. Chairs had stains on them and were worn out. The popcorn was nice. Breakfast could have more variety. But for the price it was ok.

Although, the facility is a little old, there have been updates and the room had been cleaned very well. The front desk person was so helpful and went out of her way to get us information about a public pool, as their outdoor pool was closed. The breakfast was pretty basic, with not too many choices and the walls are supper thin. I think the people were annoyed at us watching TV, because they kept banging on the wall.
