"Provided exactly what we were looking for - one of the few true Old Florida motels remaining and the beach was amazing.
The facility was clean, well maintained and the staff was super friendly!"
"Worst Best Wrstern ever stayed in. Check in staff nice, greeted in bathroom with huge dead cockroach. Exterior definitely needs " refreshing". WiFi worked for short time.
Linens were clean. Tried to eat breakfast.. but ....gravy horrible, muffins ' smelled' bad, sausage was unidentifiable.
Horrible experience"
"Although the property is old, it is well-maintained. The room had a slight musty odor when we opened the door , but after running the A/C for an hour or so, the odor was pretty much gone. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful..very accommodating and helpful."
"It’s an old house and very well maintained it may be warmer than a new hotel but the overall experience makes up for it. Room was clean, the inn keeper was very helpful. And the house was quiet had convenient parking. Had a great time and definitely plan on going back."
"The room was clean and very convenient to downtown Apalachicola. The only major issues were that the AC did not work the entire time of our stay and we were locked out of the main entrance. We reported the AC problem and never received a call back or response. The digital lock had to be reset and finally we were able to access our room to check out."
