"This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine....

"Seriously the best location in Hallstatt. One of our windows faced the lake. The other window faced the famous church. What a view! We can see sunrise and market crowd and ferry traffic below us everyday. We can walk to any location conveniently because we are right in the center of town. The room is spacious and quiet.
