"The biggest disappointment was the “pool view” room, which was clearly obstructed. The view was mostly blocked by trees and structures, so it didn’t match what was advertised at all. I also specifically requested a king bed and was given a double queen instead, which was frustrating and not addressed.
Service was noticeably slow, and while I understand it may have been affected by Election Day staffing, it still impacted the overall experience. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to keep...
