"My only complaint is that there was nobody in the office late at night, unfortunately I left my key card in the room and no one could help me get back in I ended up sleeping in my truck (it was very uncomfortable) till 6:00 am when the office opened.!!!!!

"We booked this room 4 months in advance. Drove 5 hours to find out they closed the hotel for renovations. We never got a phone call no emails and now im trying to figure out how to get a refund. We called the managet he didnt care at all was rude. Absolutely horrible managrment."
