"The entire staff is just rude, no smiles, seem miserable and not welcoming at all! Minus a couple men at the resort who were all smiles. The place was decent, food ok, but staff ruined the experience for us. I mean getting a drink the bar was a hassle most of the time."

"The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between. The gym was grossly inadequate. The rooms were periously small and very little storage space or capacity. ..."
