"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. "Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. "This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. "I love this hotel. I was immediately upgraded to a Lakeview room and they recognized me as a return guest. The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator"
