"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. "We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which seemed to be two connected rooms: one smaller bedroom/bathroom with twin beds and a larger studio with another bathroom and kitchenette. Having the extra bathroom and room for bags was appreciated. It had nice mountain views and a patio - did lack a bit of privacy as we were on ground floor and visible to the street and busy road. "We arrived as it was raining. The receptionist told us the guest parking was full- not sure how since we were guests. She also said the bottle of wine tha came with would be in our room- it wasn’t and we had to call for it. We were put in the conference room floor which was fine, but there is not a sign to even point in the direction of the guest rooms until you walk all the way down past the conference rooms. "

"Staff is super friendly. I stayed in a private room for 1 person, it had all I needed: spacious bed, private bathroom, a mini fridge and coffee! The location is perfect, walking distance from all restaurants and just in front of the lake. Good thing they have elevators! Being on a 3rd floor and no elevator would’ve been painful Definitely a place to stay! "
