"The room was noisy and warm. We could hear slamming doors and voices into the night and we could not get the room to cool down to sleep comfortably. The hotel was in a convenient location to the airport though and we were able to get a cheap uber in the morning to our flight."

"Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"

"Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine. When we checked out we forgot our charge cable bag and we called them when we got to Brisbane. Staff checked the lost and found and...

"Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "
