Staff were so friendly and check in a breeze. The breakfast offered had a lot to be desired, but coffee was great. Room very clean and bed comfortable but could use new pillows for the bed. Overall a great stay

Stay was very pleasant. Staff were amazing, check in/out was incredibly easy, the pool is indoor/outdoor which is neat, hot tub was great, rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable stay. We had a child and felt super safe. ONLY downside was breakfast was late to start and they couldn't keep things stocked as guests came in. It was busy though and could have had issues in the kitchen but we'll definitely stay here again when we come to STL.

The breakfast is just ‘ok’. I’d like to see this hotel bring back the complimentary dinner like they had before when it was a Drury. The ice machines were not in great working order either. But the room was very nice. Very clean and very comfortable. We’ll be back to try again.

The hotel was easy to find. The outside area and parking lot looked a little sketchy to me. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. The inside was nice. It had noticeably been remodeled recently. The bed was comfortable. AC worked well. I noticed an elevator was out of service and the ice machine was missing on the second floor. Several restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast was standard. Overall, acceptable stay but I might look for something in a different area if we stay in St Louis again.

When we first walked in, there is a distinct smell i dont like. Some smell like chemicals. But as you stay longer in the room, you get used to it. The room is clean, the food is yummy, poor lady at the kitchen,she worked harder because 2 people called out. She managed it though. We are grateful for her dedication.and loyalty to her work so we can have breakfast. Thank you. Overall ,satisfied.

We stayed for one night. We booked a room with two Queens. It was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast too was hot and good. Lovely stay, would highly recommend.

My husband and I took our son on a trip to see family and needed to stop for the night. We were greeted by the general manager and she was incredibly kind and helpful! She even gave us a room that was separated from the others since we had our baby with us. We were impressed with her thoughtfulness. The hotel was clean and a great place to stay. We weren’t planning on stopping overnight anywhere again on our way home from our trip, but we ended up stopping two nights later at the same hotel due to the hospitality we received as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. We will be booking here next time around!
