Staff members were polite and helpful, rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. I wish the description was a little more clear or there was a room layout in the listing. Great space for a great price, felt like home away from home. Beds comfy, shower great pressure, breakfast lots of options, front desk staff nice. Small things that would make stay excellent: different hot breakfast items each day, it was the exact same each morning for our 4 day stay, carpets could be cleaned better and new dishes, pots and cutlery as they were rusty.

I liked the room. The couch/bed is very uncomfortable for watching TV. I had to use one of the pillows to create a comfortable spot. The cleaning product used to clean the tile floors created a very sticky feel for my feet. But I do like that the TV is in front of the couch. They did not provide an extra blanket in the room. Liked that they provided towels at the pool. They had pancakes at breakfast but I am a waffle fan. My husband liked that they had turkey bacon at breakfast as an alternative to hoof meats. We will go back but can tweak the negatives for a better stay. My key cards kept failing and was additional inconvenience to replace them but not a terrible thing. The location is very convenient for our needs. Planning another stay soon

Staff was as excellent just dealing with a dated asset that seems to be mediocre legacy apartment conversion. So our unit was fine for our purposes as it was large (sleeping 6 with a loft) but it was over sprayed with air freshener and the furniture and carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Site touts fireplace but boarded over. TV in main living area the size of a large computer monitor. Anyhow I likely would not pick this place again but for a no frills or quick layover for a large family or group it works.
