Had to wait a very long time in line (40 minutes) to check in for only 4 people in front of me at 5 pm. The shower pan had debris in it, the middle elevator wasn’t working which affected the other two elevators. The staff was friendly and helpful but just felt like they were understaffed or not ready for turnover. Great location but hard to find, the Uber even was lost since the Expedia address said “Locus” but it was actually “Locust”.

The staff was great, especially the front desk. Welcoming, cordial and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Great gym on site. Location was perfect for me as I was there for baseball games. Breakfast included was convenient. Overall a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights when we came into town for a Cardinals baseball game. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who got us checked into our room. She explained everything to us. Our room was clean and nice and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly as was the rest of hotel staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillow were quite comfortable. The towels were wonderful. The room was small. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful but the location is terrible. Off street parking in that area does not feel safe. Lots of homeless people milling around . The valet parking is a nice service but expensive! Would’ve stay there again?? Probably not because of the safety and parking issues.
