"Very nicely designed hotel, clean and safe. Staff is efficient and kind, they speak perfect english. Rooms are small but normal for region. Only real downside is AC is controlled for the whole building, I found the rooms could get warm."

"Bigger rooms compared to other hotels in Shinjuku. Amenities were good. But property was a bit older comparatively. They do give free water bottles but only 1 per person per day, which is kinda annoying, after paying so much."

"Overall good stay for 8 nights. A minute walk to Otsuka station. Plenty of restaurants and no need to worry on places to eat. Stuff is very nice and facility is clean. And see all the recommendations on the TV in room. This is very helpful info and hints."

"My friend and I spent an entire week at the Hotel Chinsanzo in a beautiful suite. It was the absolute perfect getaway from the busy city; yet not too far for commuting. The hotel was beautifuly maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the club lounge which had wondeful food and beverages. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends traveling to Tokyo."
