"Overall the hotel was excellent, however, we could here the highway noise but it wasn't so loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Second, the parking lot and some nearby shrubs could use come TLC. Both of these are picky in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"First, I’ve never left a review before but this property was really disappointing. I read the other reviews that said it was clean and somewhat nice but that was not my experience. I did have my two dogs with me so I anticipated being on the first floor and having hard floors as opposed to carpet. I’ve stayed with my dogs plenty of places before, and they’ve always been nice. First of all, the light in the bathroom did not work. The small light that was in there was barely enough to while I was washing my face. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. The worst part was the condition of the actual flooring. I couldn’t even take off my shoes and walk on it. It was so disgusting. It was sticky and greasy looking. I’m glad I didn’t get in until late and I left super early. The only thing at the breakfast bar that I had was milk for a protein shake I brought with me. It was very sparse. I took the dogs on a walk and one of the side door’s sensors was busted out, so I could not enter from one end. The grounds were completely overgrown. I am unsure about the folks that left it a high rating. I don’t know if those are real reviews or not. Based on my stay, it seems like a completely different hotel. On a positive note. The front desk was very nice when I checked in at night. However, the front desk attendant that was there in the morning was unfriendly."

"Hotel pool didn't work, pipes in rm was leaking charged me for the leak ..50 and kept my 50 dollar deposit...No continental breakfast ..walked in rm to no fridge or microwave plus had roaches...ur staff had the nerve to charge my card for existing plumbing problems ...smh wat a rip off and false advertisement."

"The public areas on the first floor were under major renovation. The check in area was a construction jobsite. There was no warning of this on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should do better. That said, once over the shock of checking in onto a construction site the staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Outside of the construction work the hotel was excellent and we had a nice stay."

"The lady that was working in the evening was very unfriendly . She seemed like it was a problem when she had to check people in . The overnight and morning staff very friendly and helpful . The lady doing breakfast needs to be counseled on food safety . A couple of the things she did was gross and was reported to the front desk manager. The room was clean the Paul was OK the sauna was not working when it was turned on."
