- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Amazing place to stay. Great value for money. Breakfast in the mornings always lovely. Food menu is fantastic would highly recommend the fish and chips and Sunday Dinner.
