Das Zimmer wurde am Sonntag nicht gemacht - darüber wurde ich vorher nicht informiert Es gab keine Dusch-Caps, keinen Notizblock, keinen Kuli, keinen Schuhanzieher. Danach gefragt, wurde mir ein Schuhanzieher mit den Worten überreicht, "Sie dürfen den nicht einstecken", es erfolgte die Ankündigung, zukünfitg sollte es auch keine Bademäntel mehr geben. Unter der Duschmatte leben Silberfische! Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken, knackt, ist innerlich verkalkt und kann nicht bewegt werden. Der Rezeptionist riecht nach Schweiß und ihn umschwirren ca. 8 Fliegen... warum wohl. NICHT zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist toll, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen: Restaurants., Geschäfte , die Seebrücke und Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön , modern eingerichtet .

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber enge Stelle beim Frühstücksbuffet und Mitarbeiter grüßen nicht. Premiumappartmemt nett aber bei es fehlen in der Küchezeile Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Seitlicher Meerblick stimmt aber ist Sicht auf ein Haus. Reinigung nur dreimal die Woche statt täglich wie im Reiseangebot angegeben.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer super Lage. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von wo aus man ab gleich in 3-5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen (Restaurants sowie Brücke zum Strand) ist. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen, dass es im Zimmer eine kleine Kochnische mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank gibt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatte ein Doppelzimmer und es war alles da, was gebraucht wird. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Pantryküche mit Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und bequemes Bett. Zimmer hat zusätzlich auch kleinen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Zusätzlich gibt es einen sauberen Pool zur 24Std-Benutzung.Alles in einem hat mir der Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Residenz sehr gut gefallen. Würde immer wieder gerne dort übernachten.
