Beautifully laid out hotel. Amazing staff, always polite and friendly. Good location, 10 min uphill walk from the port.
Secret garden has a beautiful sea view and woodlands.
Excellent food as well!"
"This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. The bar was really nice and had a good selection of drinks and lovely cocktails. The food in the restaurant was excellent, both at breakfast and for dinner. It is also in a great location. Would certainly recommend."
"A family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble. The bar meals are superb and come out piping hot! The staff are attentive and always met with a smile and engage in conversation and very knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Walking distance of the main town and free parking. Pool was lovely and breakfast had a good selection catering for all tastes. Book for bar meals advised as very busy with visitors and locals, you will see why when you try the menu"
"This classically stylish hotel is well located in St. Peter Port, with easy access from the ferry port. Our room was large and, because it looked to the rear of the property, was very quiet. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and had very good meals, but our favorite was the small cocktail lounge off of the lobby where it was suitably dark and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Guernsey."
"There was confusion with parking and manual one way signs put in on the road we needed to go down. Customers were not informed before arrival. Parking is at other pubs or hotels, which are a very short distance from the guest house. Staff were always friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovely. Choice of buffet and or cooked breakfast."
