"Great ocean view. Pristine beach. Great location."

"Understaffed front desk on check in and it appeared to be like that our entire stay. Front was friendly but it’s hard to manage numerous people checking in when there is only one person working the front desk. Parking was very limited. We had to park in their lot space beside the Walgreens across the street which wouldn’t have bothered me if the first 4 rows of parking weren’t blocked off for valet for Sloppy Joe’s (Bilmar’s restaurant). It would be better to accommodate your guests to the closer parking across the street. "

"I was a little disappointed in the quality of this hotel given the extremely high cost to stay there. Two of the three elevators were not working during our stay and they had the stairwell blocked off. So we had no choice but to wait in a long line to get into the one working elevator after coming back from a long day. The elevator wait times were too long. I was also disappointed there was no fan in my room's bathroom. The bathroom was very small and got very steamy/foggy when running the shower due to no fan exhaust fan in there. The pool was also not as nice as in the pictures. "

"Very close to many stores, restaurants and the marina. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was very well maintained and clean. Easy walk to beach with chairs and umbrella already set up. Great having pool towels available. Beautiful hotel and beach. "

"This hotel is adjacent to a runway and there is no peace to be had while staying here. The hotel is in very poor condition, and rundown. Scary place to stay!!"

"We had a walk out room with a beach view which was beautiful. Jamie who helped us with the kayaks was very nice and informative. Outdoor pools were nice, bummer the hot tub was not working. Downfall to the property, not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest and day pass visitors. "

"Motel on the poor side, barely 2 star - detinately not 3 star. Dated furniture, cheap bedding, not maintained shower, not clean, minimalistic breakfast selection. Way overpriced for what it offers."
