Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. We did not receive any compensation. Would not stay here again."

"We had a beach view room but it did not have a balcony. It was clean and neat and everything worked as it should. Great location and the beach was absolutely beautiful."

"The housekeeping staff was great and every day our room was swept and mopped fresh made sheets & extra towels. When we arrive for check-in, the first thing I noticed my open my door was a cockroach. I called down to the front desk twice to get someone to come up and kill it and essentially get us a new room and the front desk girl was rude and laughed about it like it was insane that I couldn’t just kill it myself and stay in that room. I believe his name is Nigel at the front desk. He was very apologetic and got us a new room right away although I was so freaked out by how big the bug was we slept at the light on the rest of the week. The restaurant has good food and drink choices. However it takes easily 30 minutes to get a waiters attention outside to get a drink, I had to ask for a drink menu three times and get up and finally get one myself. I was disappointed to not know there wasn’t a hot tub there, but that was my fault when I looked booking. I thought the picture was a hot tub, but it turned out to be a kitty pool. The bartenders were nice and the rest of the hotel staff was friendly. I would definitely say the bathrooms need updated and most of the hotel, especially the restaurant. You could see bugs all over the windowsills and dust all over the blinds so that was kind of gross to look at while you’re eating. "

"I did not stay under this reservation, and have been trying since 3/26 to have this reservation canceled and refunded, due to the fact that a duplicate reservation was inadvertently made. I do not feel I have gotten the proper amount of attention in this matter and it seems to have been bounced around to different individuals who may or may not understand the details. "
